Escape Code is suitable for everyone who enjoys mystery and problem solving and thinking outside the box. Our games are suitable for Families, friends, students and teachers, tourist, gamers, corporate companies and for team building events.

We have different Escape Rooms and each escape room have its own maximum number of players. In general, all rooms requires a minimum of 2 Players & Maximum 6 Players in most of our Escape rooms. Black & White (Team Building Challenge Game) Minimum 4 players & Maximum 20 Players, as this challenge room is designed for team challenges. Keep in mind the rooms are fully immersive and part of the experience is using everyone’s strengths to beat the clock and escape.

We recommend our games for ages 12 and above. Nonetheless, younger ones (9-11 years old) are welcomed to play if they are accompanied by a responsible adult who can guide them and supervise them. ((Children under 9 years old are not allowed to participate)) as our puzzles are designed in a difficulty level to be solved by adults. Please note that THE HAUNTED HOUSE & ZOMBIE OUTBREAK escape rooms can be a little intense for kids under 16 years old. That is why we classified them as 16+ After all, Room Escape Games are considered a sort of entertainment for adults.

All of our game rooms are private games for each group. This means the friends, family or collogues you bring with you, will be the only ones in the game room with you.

Our games are designed for 60 minutes of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 15 minutes after each game to debrief, discuss your group achievements and take group photos.

You will be in a room with a locked door, which adds more challenge to the experience. But every door is equipped with an exit button. Simply press the exit button and the door will open. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time but you will not be entitled for a refund.

It depends on your gaming level. We have Easy, Medium and Difficult level puzzles to suit everyone. But don’t worry! Our puzzles have been designed to be difficult enough to provide a challenge while at the same time ensuring that everyone has a great time. We've designed a wide variety of different puzzles that need all different types of skills to tackle. Remember, you are not alone, teamwork is required to complete your escape mission and everyone has something to contribute, so ask your friends! Team Work is essential! All our games rooms are equipped with hint request button. feel free to request for hints and your game master will provide you with additional hint (Video/Audio) when needed. If after all your efforts you're still stuck, don't worry, our friendly game masters will be able to provide you with a additional hints to help during your entire experience.

Absolutely, you may reschedule to another time/day or cancel your entire booking by at least 1 hour before your booking time so it will be available for other players to book. You may do so by clicking on "View / change booking" in your confirmation email you have received or by calling us and one of our staff will be glad to do it for you.

You don't have to pay in advance, we do not take advance payments for individual bookings. You may pay when you arrive at our venue before starting your game. Kindly make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior you brooking time.

Regretfully no, photographs and video recordings are strictly not allowed in the rooms. You can use them outside the game rooms before/after but not in the game rooms during the game session. As much as we want to allow players to capture the beautiful experience on their cameras, but at the same time, we need to protect future players from video spoilers. All players entering to game rooms will be asked to place their personal belongings in the lockers with keys located at the reception area before they enter the game rooms.
