All of our game rooms are private. This means the friends and family you bring with you will be the only ones in the game room. Your Game Master will communicate with you through a screen in the room.

We offer you an experience different from other classic activities done as a group. You can find the opportunity to test your concentration, observation, problem solving, team working and decision-making competencies in practice and we assure you that you will have great fun.

We recommend our games for ages 12 and above. Nonetheless, younger ones (9-12 years old) are welcomed to play if they are accompanied by a responsible adult who can guide them and supervise them. ((Children under 9 years old are not allowed to participate)) as our puzzles are designed in a difficulty level to be solved by adults. Please note that THE SAW & THE HAUNTED HOUSE escape game can be a little intense for kids under 16 years old. That is why we classified them as 16+ After all, Escape Games are considered a sort of entertainment for adults.

Our games are designed for 60 minutes of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 15 minutes after each game to debrief, discuss your group achievements and take group photos.

You may do so by clicking on "View / change booking" in your confirmation email you have received or by calling us and one of our staff will be glad to do it for you.

You don't have to pay in advnace, we do not take advance payments for individual bookings. You may pay when you arrive at our venue before starting your game. Kindly make sure to arrive 15mintes prior you brooking time.

You will be in a room with a locked door, which adds more challenge to the experience. But every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time but you will not be entitled for a refund.

It depends on your gaming level. We have Easy, Medium and Difficult level puzzles to suit everyone. But don’t worry! Our puzzles have been designed to be difficult enough to provide a challenge while at the same time ensuring that everyone has a great time. We've designed a wide variety of different puzzles that need all different types of skills to tackle. Remember, you are not alone, teamwork is required to complete your escape mission and everyone has something to contribute, so ask your friends! Team Work is essential! If after all your efforts you're still stuck, don't worry, our friendly game masters will be able to provide you with a few hints to help during your entire experience.

Regretfully no, photographs and video recordings are strictly not allowed in the rooms. You can use them outside the game rooms before/after but not in the game rooms during the game session. As much as we want to allow players to capture the beautiful experience on their cameras, but at the same time, we need to protect future players from video spoilers. All players entering to game rooms will be asked to place their personal belongings in the lockers with keys located at the reception area before they enter the game rooms.

Absolutely! We love hosting large groups, private and corporate team building events as our challenging games are a fantastic way for team building to test your critical thinking, co-operation and ability to work quickly as a team in an exhilarating and fun escape rooms. We love hosting large group events! At Escape Code a multipurpose room is dedicated for such activities, and if you provide us with sufficient notice, we can run simultaneous games for large groups. As we are located in a mall: The prayer room is just at a walking distance from Escape Code venue. The mall has sufficient & spacious parking lots around it. Mall bathrooms are close to Escape Code venue.
